Our Mission
Connecting people to God and to others.
Matt 22:37-40
Jesus replied: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind (connecting people to God)." This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself (connecting people to others).' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."
Our Identity
We are a Christ-united culturally diverse, Bible-based fellowship seeking to model spiritual, racial, generational and social reconciliation.
Revelation 7:9-10 After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice: "Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb."
Our Values
1. Connecting people to God
a. Win the lost at any cost: We are committed to winning the unchurched in the
b. Grow believers into mature disciples: We are committed to help people to grow in their relationship with God through Jesus Christ through Bible study, spiritual growth opportunities, and Discipleship.
2. Connecting people to others: As we grow larger, we will continue to grow smaller as we meet in LIFEgroups. We affirm the “holy priesthood of believers” whereas God has called us to minister to one another, person to person. The New Testament biblical standard finds these kinds of opportunities are most naturally found in the context of small groups. We hold a high premium on Community LIFEgroups. Every member a part of a LIFEgroup, every LIFEgroup diverse.
3. Celebrating and encouraging Diversity: Every person is invaluable and irreplaceable! We deeply value diversity! The ethnic, social and generational divisions that divide society disappear in Christ (Galatians 3:28). Our differences become our strengths!
4. Encouraging the next generation: We value children and teenagers! We believe every child and teenager needs to know how much God loves them and the great plan He has for their life. We are and will continue to pour a great deal of time, energy, and resources into our children and teenagers. Our investment in them will root them in Christ and help prepare them to be the church of tomorrow as they are integrated into the life of the church today.
5. Affirming Biblical authority: We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. Everything we do and say is biblically based. The Bible is our GUIDE!
6. Realizing every member is a minister: We value every unique individual gift. One of the keys to a fruitful and fulfilling life is discovering, developing and using our spiritual gifts to serve others. Every person in the body of Christ is a minister. The role of the pastoral staff and elders is to equip individuals for ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12). Our goal at
